Documents for Survivors and Families
We have provided a set of trace and information guides, based upon similar tried and proven guides used by adopted people and their natural parents (many of whom also have Magdalene Laundry connections). These guides will help you collect the information you need as a family member of a survivor (we are presently working on a more detailed guide for survivors). Whether the information you seek is just for general knowledge or history, or for the future presentation of a case or claim, these guides will help you gather the data you will need to access records or find a loved one — information we believe every individual should be able to access. If you also believe strongly in the unimpeded right to one's history and birth, we encourage you to visit Adoption Rights Alliance and make your voice heard.
Guides are in PDF format.
